Service

Voxtract is a speech transcription service. You upload audio, we generate speaker-labeled transcripts. The service is provided by Sam Hoang Van ("we", "us").

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person — automated account creation is not permitted
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Credits & billing

• New accounts receive 90 one-time free credits
• Transcription costs 2 credits per minute of audio
• Subscription credits renew monthly and accumulate up to 6 months
• Purchased credit top-ups expire after 12 months
• Payments are processed by Polar. Refund requests: [email protected]

Your content

You retain ownership of all audio and transcripts you create. We do not use your content to train AI models. By using the service, you grant us permission to process your audio for transcription and store the results for your access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates any law or third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit checks, or security measures
• Use automated tools to create multiple accounts
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Your transcripts remain accessible and exportable.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
